Up In the Air

Here is an illo I recently did for the Fall issue of Drew magazine.  The art director (Margaret Kiernan) wanted me to use a photo of professor Ryan Hinrichs.

His focus is studying the atmosphere & tiny particles that float in the air like sea salt, wind-blown minerals and how trace pollutant might  chemically change these particles and affect cloud formation and the climate.
